- Facilitate formal Performance Corrective Plans, attend Union Engagements around performance, and manage Incapacity Hearings.
- Led the Learnership and Internship Programmes for Alternative Channels for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018; ensuring business needs were met by partnering with Bank Seta for Learnerships and Internships.
- Led the end to end FAIS Project in 2016 for 128 staff that were FAIS affected.
- This included the coordination of: the advertising of 101 roles, briefing of stakeholders, shortlisting of CV's for replacements, consultations with 65 staff, the tracking of all redeployment efforts, arranging 46 Incapacity enquiries including travel, Initiator Notes and briefing of Managers.
- Managed the Legislative Incapacity Programme in 2017, ensuring sales staff meet the deadline for the Regulatory Level 5 exam in accordance with the FAIS Act.
