Role
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding targeted sales within the assigned territory, working through distributors/reseller by supporting the TSM to develop promotional programs and assist (or provide) in training of distributors’ sales force.
- Reporting to ASM/TSM, responsible for achieving or exceeding sales of Industrial &NVAC within assigned mid-size accounts portfolio.
- Promote the brand at end-users with the objective to maximize conversions of the range.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maximize sales volume and increase market penetration through the distribution network within the assigned territory.
- Identify and convert business at dedicated end-users together with assigned distributors/reseller
- Together, with TSM, formulate sales and conversion plans on an annual basis and objectives and carry them out within the territory.
- Assess competitor’s activity and provide feedback on market intelligence to TSM.
- Communicate via PC and the network; all relevant new information from the territory that might be of interest or help to the entire organisation and Marketing team.
- Supported by TSM and managed by TSM/ASM work with distributors/resellers representatives by conducting regular sales meetings and maintaining necessary training and field assistance and makes follow up of the objectives defined in distributors business-plans.
- Assist TSM and implement specific promotional programs, developed the organisation for the distributor network.
- Select and follow-up on all assigned accounts personally and by liaison with distributors representatives.
- Record all relevant data via the eSales data base.
- Gives necessary support to TSM and Sales Consultant for key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Conduct a continuous account profile for distributors in interaction with TSM and key end – users from which appropriate market strategies can be developed.

Plan and manage his/her territory in an effective manner ensuring:
- Adequate and regular coverage of all key accounts and distributor organizations.
- Business expenses do not exceed the assigned budget.
- Accurate and timely submission of reports.
- Right priority setting in order to achieve the set targets
- To positively and actively promote the Company's image at all times and to achieve the personal development plans set for him/her by Sales Management.
- Fully participate in annual sales performance review. Review and implement year-long target.
- Carry out other special assignments under the direction of the ASM
