Inherent Requirements	Excellent communication skills – oral and written. 4 years customer service experience. Matric with minimum four (4) year experience in order-to-payment process. Import Experience. Experience with exports to African Countries. Microsoft Office (Email, Excel and Word). SAP or other ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to operate independently and as part of a team Cold Chain shipment and experience in medical industry an advantage.
