Job Summary:
The purpose of the role is to develop and implement effective systems for data collection, perform data analysis and interpret results using advanced statistical and other techniques in support of continuous quality improvement
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Develop effective systems to collect and integrate quality processes & production data for quality control & continual improvement purposes.
• Perform detailed scientific root cause analysis of products and / or process quality issues, implement corrective actions, and create quality awareness.
• Develop training materials, including work instructions, visual aids and tool development using different methodologies and QA Tools (TQM, FMEA, DOE, SPC, and Risk Analysis).
• Provide inspection support to production (process and product inspections), compile technical reports including process capability studies (Cpk, Ppk, Guage R+R).
• Develop, implement and maintain effective processes and procedures; ensure that Printing Inspection Systems (On- or Off-line) are always aligned & capable to meet the customer’s quality standards for finished printed product.
• Ensure that the manufactured product quality meets international best practice benchmarks.
