Reporting to Jnr Business Manager

Core Purpose:-
To provide a sales service in order to contribute to the wholesale departments’ profitability and growth and maintain customer service excellence.
Key Performance Areas:-
1. Provide customer service excellence within the branch to retail and corporate customers.
2. Organise, develop and lead Branch Operators.
3. Implement administrative and financial procedures to ensure customer needs and company's standards and procedures are met.
4. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness

Grade 12 (Matric)
IMM diploma would be an advantage.
Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates

Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times.
Effective interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
A minimum of 2 years internal sales representative experience in the tyre industry.
A minimum of 2 years consumer and commercial tyre knowledge/experience.
Sound working knowledge of Admin systems, particularly Computer systems.
Ability to work independently as a self- starter within the team.
