Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Clinical Technologist in the performance of various diagnostic procedures.
• This position requires frequent travel to various Medical facilities and patients
• Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, explaining diagnostic procedures, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Assist with preparing comprehensive reports and collaborate with referrers and suppliers in developing treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• 42 Hour flexi work week which includes some evening and early morning work

Qualifications and Competency Criteria

• Medical qualification with active registration at HPCSA or SANC
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”
• Demonstrated ability to work independently

• Own reliable vehicle essential with a valid drivers license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Display strong attention to detail
