Assisting consumers before, during and after the purchasing process by executing product advice, creating quotes, closing sales, and following up with consumers.
Interactions with the local Commercial Director and the local Brand Activation Manager will probably take place from time to time.
Having profound experience of assisting consumers, giving product advice, providing quotations, and closing sales.

Assisting consumers before, during and after the purchasing process by executing product advice, creating quotes, closing sales, and following up with consumers.
Execute product advice, create quotes, and close sales to all experience Centre visitors.
Assist and support the Field Sales Representative in the daily operations of the Experience Centre.
Work at the reception desk including working at the cash register and taking phone calls.
Welcome consumers at the Experience Centre, provide:
Refreshments, identify their needs and give a first orientation.
Actively capture consumer data, provide quotes with every possible opportunity, and follow up with consumers.
Actively assist consumers with product information and demonstrations and encourage consumers to actively try all products.
Identify opportunities for cross- and up-selling.
Book customers for appointments or events.
Assist in on-sale execution of events.
Ensure a premium product and brand presentation through the Experience Centre which is in line with the Brand values.
Determine areas of improvement (standards, processes etc.) on a regular basis.
Handle regular consumer complaints.
Monitor stock levels , products and materials.
Project business – providing administrative support in the form of order / data capturing.
Home Demonstrations – accommodate up to two home demonstrations per week - proposed for Wednesday and or Friday mornings.
Conduct in-store training at the Experience Centre when necessary.
