Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the CEO manage his meetings and Calendar The PA will manage daily schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with personal and professional tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation; prepare detailed itineraries.
- Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
- Task Management: Oversee to-do lists, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events or functions.
- Personal Errands: Manage errands such as shopping, picking up items, or managing household tasks.
- Document Management: Draft, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Research: Conduct research as needed for projects, purchases, or planning.
- Liaison Role: Act as the first point of contact between the employer and others.
