1. Responsibilities
a) Develop comprehensive project plans, including timeliness , budget, and resource allocation , in collaboration with project stakeholders.
b) Review and negotiate construction contracts, change orders ,and subcontract agreement to ensure project terms are favorable in compliance with company policies.
c) Representatives meet with institution teams (Supply chain department) and make presentations to persuade potential clients to use their goods, instead of those from other companies.
d) Facilitate effective communication among project team members , clients , contractors and subcontractors to convey project expectation ,update and changes.
e) Maintain high quality construction standard by conducting regular inspection ensuring adherence to specifications and building codes,
f) Maintain accurate project documentation, including project reports , change orders and process reports.
g) Prepare a weekly report every Fridays.
2. Working hours
our normal working hours will be from 07h30 to 16h30 Monday to Friday. However, due to the nature of our business and your position you may be expected to work longer as required including weekends.
