About the Role

As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping attract, identify, and hire top-tier talent to help scale the company (we’re currently growing 30% quarter on quarter).

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify A-Players: Review video applications, manage/review hands-on assessments, conduct screening interviews
  • Manage The Pipeline: Ensure that applicants move swiftly through the hiring process while having a good experience (without anyone slipping through the cracks)
  • Report On Key Metrics: Stay on top of the most important recruiting metrics and continuously work on improving them
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with team leaders to understand their hiring needs

 

Results:

  • A steady flow of interviews for team leaders with A-players that have been pre-vetted (passed a rigorous hands-on assessment and screening interview with you)
  • A positive applicant experience across the entire hiring process that consistently results in positive feedback
  • A backlog of amazing candidates for all positions (so in case anyone leaves, there is someone to take their place immediately)

 

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting/interviewing/hiring applicants for remote jobs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills to manage several tasks at once
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Sheets
  • A positive attitude and a passion for improving the hiring process
