Business. Establish a Network of Contacts
Collecting Information: Receiving Audio instructions

Establish Information for Proof, Validation or evidence
Investigate the Current Credit & Advertising status &
Exposure of the Customer. Analyse the Exposure
Of The Respective Customer Competitors.
Maintaining Customer Relationship: Build
Customer Loyalty by seeking to understand the
Customer’s needs & Providing Trudon Product
Solutions. Assist the customer to maximize their
Exposure of the benefit of both. Demonstrate integrity
& Ethical Behavior. Keep Commitments. Respond to
Customer concerns with urgency & Follow through.
Provide support Information & Guidelines, Recommend
New Products For profit & Improvements. Respond to
Complaints.
Presenting Products: Present Ideas to clients by
Delivering Telephonic discussion. Advice customers with
Innovative solutions and multiple solutions. Negotiate
Points to the customer.
Administrative Function: Obtain clear understanding of
Contractual details & agreements. Prepare quality ad
Layouts following client’s instruction. Complete Routine
Administration.
Planning & Implementing: Efficient co-ordination of
Activities. Prepare Potential Sale before calling client.
Manage time effectively and reach daily call rates,

Financial Services : Sales Representative From 2005-6 To 2006-10
Duties
Responsible for advertising on selling bonds and
Ancillary products to self-sourced clients within
Specified financial parameters.
Identify and develop personal contacts with estate agents,
Solicitors, banks and building society representatives.
Develop effective relationships with clients in order to
Secure referrals for business.
Review the status of each Bond application each day to
Take the appropriate action to address delays in the
Pipeline.
Maintain Appropriate and regular contact with clients
During the period in which the application is being
Processed until completion, and maintain contact
With the client post completion to determine and
Satisfy further loan needs and referrals.
Organization and planning for achievements of
Targets, and to deliver a good level of service.
Print broker reports and distribute.
Update ITC’s, LOA’s, check and complete new

Comply with the relevant Annexure and forward
Applications that comply with Head Office.
Submit documentation to relevant attorneys, and
Prepare home loan certificates and value
Schedules.
Follow up on the valuations for the consultants
And silo queries. Once granted printing of the L.O.A.
Must be done and advise the consultant to call the
Client.
Answering vast amount of calls coming in for consultants
And admin, taking of messages and collection of daily
Figures from the admin and compiling daily sales figures
