 .      Manage and maintain accurate inventory movements on ERP

·       Processing of inventory movements in plant, warehouse and stores

·       Processing of GRN’s

·       Creating new stock codes

·       Reconciling of mines stock to the system

·       Cost Change maintenance

·       Processing of diesel usage and reconcile at month end

·       Processing of consignment stock and reconcile at month end

·       Responsible for communicating with all department managers with    respect to    balance stock on hand

·       Inputting production refined crude for the plant and for the mines

·       Weighbridge completeness check

·       Perform stock take quarterly, including the mine surveys

·       Perform daily cycle count

·       Investigating of stock variances on cycle counts and quarterly stock counts

·       Responsible for month end report on stock on hand list to trial balance

·       Processing of stock and cycle counts adjustments                        

·       Review of stock levels

·       Manage annual year end stock count procedures                 

         management.

·       Processing of SCT’s (supply chain transfers)
