Aircraft supply store : Junior Project Leader From 2024-08 To Current Duties
Run Yearly MRO Work Plan
Based on the input from:
- CAMO: aircraft due for service, Service Bulletins & Airworthiness directives due, Snags rectification, etc.
- Planning: Work scope of intervention, targeted lead times, spares availability, etc.
- MRO: work capacity (labour), capabilities, etc.
- Sales: Work scope of the completions, aircraft arrival & delivery commitments, etc.
- Assemble a yearly work plan (in form of interactive Gantt Chart) for all forecasted activities.
Updated yearly work plan on a regular basis to integrate changes that may occur (spare availability, resource allocation to various projects, etc.)
- Analyse and propose the best plan in order to minimize downtime for customer & optimum resource allocation.
- Use the MRO work plan to forecast parts requirement and place ( &follow up on) anticipative purchase orders to mitigate risks of delays (risk assessment to be performed).
Run day to day follow up of MRO projects
- Day to day follow up on parts lead times (improvement, postponement or alternate solutions)
- Day to day follow up on aircraft scheduling and work scope
- Day to day follow up on approval as required in order to meet project milestones
- Highlight challenges or issues requiring attention to his/her management especially when they have impact of risk (safety, quality, cost, TAT, etc.)
Run Visual Management for MRO//Planning
- Owner of the VM tools deployed for MRO. From high level plan to low level Gantt charts, work pack completion management, snags identification, traffic lights etc.
- Each standardized bay will be inspected for updated information to ensure the effectivity of the VM tools
- Propose any improvement to his management in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Manage projects relating the aircraft responsibility list
- Manage MRO inspections by ensuring on time, on cost and on quality deliveries. (100Hr//12M & 750Hr//24M, ext).
- Support project team//leader with complex projects and manpower management.
- Report timeously to all stakeholders on project status.
- Establish and maintain professional good working relationships with other internal departments in compliance with AHZA values.
- Responsible for setting and monitoring spare parts and service on his/her aircraft, using SAP
Mining / Pumps : Pumps Planner ROA (Sales and Projects) From 2022-04 To 2024-07 Duties
- Loading of production and/or sales orders for OE & AM products as per KPI’s
- Raising and confirming of order acknowledgements for these products with perspective sales personnel
- Creating of all job packs and ensuring that the quality of the information in the job packs are of the highest standard and making sure all info is as per customer specification (ie. Correct drawings, IOF, QCP’s BOM, pick slips etc.)
- Maintaining of BOM’s – Submitting EDR’s
- Maintenance of MRP action messages related to the production orders such as Cancel, Schedule in and Schedule out instructions
- Regular reviews and confirmation of correctness of production BOM’s and driving necessary actions to have any anomalies corrected in the system
- Maintaining order date alignment to ensure production order start and due dates aligns with customer require due dates
- Production scheduling using BOM, taking into consideration inhouse capacity and engage with 3rd party suppliers to confirm if they will be able to meet part lead times.

- Late Delivery Notes/Late Orders are loaded on JDE for late jobs or early jobs when necessary and requests pertaining to urgencies/lead time/incidents are responded to timeously
- Delivery notes and invoices are generated and given to operations for all sales orders
- Sales order is checked against lead time list to ensure delivery is possible as per company procedure
- Sales department is communicated with regarding progress on sales orders and to check progress for all sales orders

- Planning of machine, and component workshops (External customers and service exchange) activities and operations
- Managing of planning and administration team (6 Planners – 4 workshop planners and 2 customer site planners)
