Safety, People Management and Meetings
- Ensure full compliance of OHS Act requirements and the company’s Occupational Health and Safety regulation and policies.

Production
- Achieve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets, by managing the OEE downtime buckets to within set Operational Excellent target levels/

- On a daily basis ensure that line operations attain target volumes on time and in full to customers (OTIF). Attend daily production meetings.
- Attend action plan meeting to optimize plant capacity and run time.
- Attend weekly planning meetings with Commercial and Logistics to ensure production capacity is aligned to customer demand.
Manage factory controllable costs
- Appropriate systems in place to monitor and manage factory expenses (maintenance items, consumables, overtime, manning etc).
- Initiatives in place to encourage cost saving and development of a cost saving culture.
- Internal audits and managing findings
- Ensure internal audits are conducted for ISO/GMP/5S audits and involve teams in improvement actions.

- Deal with customer complaints in line with company procedures / visit customers when required.
