Duties
- Ensure that the QMS (ISO/TS16949) policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Review; Revise and develop new process and product documentation.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly documented and communicated
- Monitor and record process and product deviations
- Ensure 8D/problem solving teams are established to ensure a systematic and methodological approach to Corrective Action activities
- Coach and develop QA auditors
- Liaise with the QA lab i.t.o batch releases
