In July 1995 started my career at SHARP Electronics' (SESA) the holding company was SEARTEC which is part of SEARDEL.
As National Spare Store Supervisor my duties were to Manager the Spares store Warehouse, Front counter and Telesales.
Warehouse duties:
Include the upkeep of Inventor, Back Orders and Stock Take.
Sales, Telesales and Front Counter Sales:
Managing sales staff, setting sales team targets and maintaining the budget
Incentivizing and motivating the team, monitoring customer back orders.
Exercising export control and regulations deliver of spares to customers all over Africa.
