  • Selling of 3M Products : Loban, Duraprep and Clippers
  • Calling on: Theatre Matrons, Surgeons, Stock Controllers, Infection Control Sisters, Scrub Sisters and Anaesthetists. 
  • Sales to anaesthetist in both private and government
  • Area:  Pretoria, Vaal and country trips to Mpumalanga
  • Product Portfolio:  Capital Equipment and Consumables Bair hugger, 3M products, Ioban, Duraprep, Clippers
  • In-service training to Anaesthetist and Scrub Sisters as well as Theatre staff 
  • Capital equipment demonstrations to Anaesthetist
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Building relationships with Clinical Engineers, Maintenance Managers,Theatre Matrons, Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacy Buyers, Theatre Buyers, Infection Control and Hospital Matrons.
  • Updating Honeybee (company reporting and data base program) on a daily basis.
  • Annual serving of machines
  • Annual auditing of machines
  • Submitting monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Product Portfolio:  MIS, Biogel. Surgical gloves, Procedure pack, surgical drapes
  • In-service training to Surgeons and Scrub Sisters
  • Product evaluations with surgeons
  • Assisting with setting up different trays, e.g. C-section tray, Knee replacement tray, breast augmentation tray, tonsil tray
  • Building relationships with Surgeons, Theatre Matrons, Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacy Buyers, Theatre Buyers, Infection Control and Hospital Matrons.
  • Updating Maximizer (company reporting and data base program) on a daily basis.
  • Organising Foundation Courses at the different facilities.

DUTIES: · Sales and marketing to Surgeons in Private and State Hospitals. · Area: Gauteng, with country trips to Mpumalanga and Swaziland. · Product Portfolio: Capital Equipment and Consumables (Theatre Lights, Theatre Tables, Orthopaedic Extensions and Pendants). · In-service training to Surgeons and Scrub Sisters as well as Theatre and CSSD staff. · Capital equipment demonstrations to Surgeons. · Assisting with setting up different trade days, e.g. SATS, PIF, CSSD Forums, SAFHE and African Health. · Building relationships with Clinical Engineers, Maintenance Managers, CSSD Supervisors, Theatre Matrons, Pharmacy Managers, Pharmacy Buyers, Theatre Buyers, Infection Control and Hospital Matrons. · Updating Goldmine (company reporting and data base program) on a daily basis. · Assisting customers with designing and upgrading of CSSDs. · Assisting and advising on CSSD Audits. · Training staff members and the technical team on theatre integration. · Organising Foundation Courses at the different facilities. · Liaising with the Technical Department regarding repair and servicing of Capital Equipment. · Holding monthly meetings with the Department of Health in Gauteng and Mpumalanga. · Submitting monthly sales reports to the National Sales Manager. · Holding quarterly national sales meetings to discuss campaign objectives, budgets and sales. · Quotations and following up. · General administration.
