Core Purpose:-
To maximise the On-site’s profitability by leading the team to attain their full potential and thereby achieve the set business objectives.
Key Performance Areas:-
1. Responsible for the management of the service and sales performance of the On-site.
2. Responsible for the management and development of all employees and maintaining safe & constructive working relationship.
3. Responsible for the development and monitoring of performance against Standard Operating Procedures and H&S requirements.
4. Responsible for developing and maintaining sound working relationships with customer

Grade 12 (Matric).
Valid Code 8 drivers licence.
IMM Diploma would be an advantage.
Preference will be given to previously disadvantages candidates

Skills and experience required:-
Relevant leadership experience and sound understanding of leadership principles.
A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial tyres.
Sound working knowledge of all Admin systems
