Develop and implement strategy, systems,for the business operations Develop and implement an appropriate HR, IT, Compliance and Research, Project Monitoring and Evaluation strategy aligned to the overall manadate and strategy of the business Communicate and oversee the implementation of the above strategy Prepare and implement the Department input into the Organisations annual operational plan Managing the budget in compliance with the business policies and relavant legislation Oversee all operational activitives and manage KPI's of direct reports and teams in Legal, Marketing and Compliance Craete a conducive working environment to motivate team and foster teamwork and high perfromance culture within the Organisation Effective communication between the Organisation and its key Stakeholders
