Job Purpose:

To effectively manage and implement the performance management and reward and recognition framework within the company.

Key performance areas:

  • To implement the performance management and reward and recognition system within the company;
  • To monitor the implementation of the performance management system, identify trends and improve the efficacy of performance management in the company;
  • To provide technical support to divisions in implementing the performance management system;
  • To assist in the management of the business unit;
  • To ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the sub unit;

 Applicants may, as a step in the recruitment process, be subjected to a competency assessment. In addition, the successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a process of security clearance prior to appointment.

 Qualifications and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on the successful candidate. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

It will be expected of candidates to be available for selection interviews on a date, time and place as determined by the conpany.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education/training:

 National Diploma/ B. Degree in Human Resources Management / Public Administration

 

Required Minimum Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in performance management and reward and recognition
  • Experience and knowledge of Sage 300 People will be an added advantage
