Job brief We’re looking for a results-driven Salesperson with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage students to study. 

Responsibilities 

• Present, promote and sell our courses using solid arguments to prospective students 
• Establish, develop and maintain positive prospective student relationships. 
• Reach out to student leads obtained through our web site, social media platforms, school presentations and special promotions and events. 
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes. 
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. 
• Analise market potential, track sales and provide weekly status reports. 
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the education sector. 
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements and skills 

• 2 years’ experience in a sale roll. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including excel, word and PowerPoint. 
• Familiarity with CRM practices. 
• Highly motivated and target driven. 
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. 
• Prioritising, time management and organizational skills. 
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. 
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. 
• Bachelor’s degree (or studying towards) in business, marketing or a related field. If no degree is help or being pursued, only candidates with 5 years’ experience in sales will be considered.
