Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Visa Processing: Handle visa applications and renewals for 10+ employees, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • General Office Administration: Manage office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing communications, and maintain organised office spaces.
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with financial record-keeping, including processing invoices, managing expense reports, and maintaining financial records.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking expenses, travel schedules, and other essential data.
  • VAT Reporting: Prepare and submit VAT reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience with International Travel Arrangements: Utilize knowledge of international travel logistics to ensure smooth and efficient arrangements for staff.

  • Experience: In an administrative role, preferably within the aviation or travel industry. Bookkeeping experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related field would be advantageous 
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word.
    • Experience with Zero 
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Experience with bookkeeping and VAT reporting is an advantage.
