Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose suitable labor consulting solutions.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure alignment on client needs and deliverables.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our consulting offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
