- Administrative support to management and other departments.
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including:
- Stock take and product loading.
- Order packing and purchase order checking.
- Upkeep of product loading sheets and stock records.
- Pricing updates and booking deliveries.
- Ensuring the accuracy of internal ERP systems.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and exhibitions.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product sourcing, and lead times, and with clients regarding delivery times, order receipt, and after-sales service.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
