KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Maintain and expand business with direct current clients.
- Seek, identify and prioritize new potential clients and/or projects.
- Negotiate market segment and/or areas of new potential distributors.
- Support to customers and distributors.
- Participate together with Bid Manager/Internal Sales with the preparation of tender and other complex offers.
- Ensure quotations and/or offers get communicated efficiently to customers and distributors.
- Update and manage CRM software (Salesforce) and provide forecast.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carries out sales and site visits to customers in accordance with the sales plan, and provides advice to customers on a range of solutions, attempting to match customer needs with engineered solutions.
- Applies an aggressive sales plan, formulated in conjunction with the Sales Manager, to achieve sales, profits and growth budgets.
- Analyses sources of tender information.
- Anticipates future projects and follows up on leads.
- Applies solution knowledge on in order to sell and incorporate these in complete systems or solutions.
- Conducting presentations to customers, distributors, engineers, contractors, consultants, project developers, property developers, facility managers and internal staff on product and application information.
- Provide accurate, relevant and up to date market and sales information.
- Update and manage CRM software (Salesforce).
- Submission of weekly reports.
