REPORTING TO THE PROPERTIES MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
To supervise the properties team and respond to and address maintenance issues. The role includes allocating job cards, reviewing sign off sheets and monitoring quality and progress of workmanship

JOB FUNCTION:
Carry out monthly inspections of the buildings and perform intensive inspections
Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
Equipment is inspected daily and repaired where required
Conditions of equipment is reported on weekly
Preventative and corrective maintenance is performed as per OHS regulations, quality standards and maintenance procedures
Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
Lead and maintain a motivated and high performance team
Provide technical direction
Daily allocation of job card to the team
Compile progress report of maintenance work required to the Facility Manager
Weekly planning of maintenance schedule
Ordering of required parts on daily basis
Quality and safety standards are adhered to
PPE is used as required by legislation
Quality management system is maintained in work area as per departmental standards
