We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Manager to oversee all tenders
and business opportunities for the company. This role requires end-to-end management
of the bidding process, including bid evaluation, development of technical and pricing
proposals, and preparation of reference letters. The ideal candidate will ensure that all
proposals meet quality standards and are submitted to the appropriate stakeholders for
review on time.
Key Performance Areas:
Lead and manage the entire bid process from initiation to submission.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and tenders relevant to the company’s services.
Develop high-quality technical and pricing proposals that align with client requirements.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and technical
departments, to gather necessary input for bids.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, company policies, and
industry regulations.
Prepare supporting documents, including reference letters, case studies, and compliance documentation.
Maintain a bid library with templates, standard responses, and historical data for future use.
Track and report on bid outcomes and continuously improve the bidding process.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as partners and suppliers, to
coordinate joint proposals.
Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely submission of all bids.
