Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards.

• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.

• Monitor and record patients’ conditions, progress, and responses to treatment.

• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Current registration with the relevant Nursing Council/Board.
• Proven clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Proficient in basic computer and electronic health record systems.

Registered Nurse: General Requirements

• Registered Nurses (transcript required unless you have NCLEX) with more than 24 months of current and consistent acute care nursing experience in an acceptable specialty and facility.
• Priority is for nurses working in clinical inpatient settings (EXAMPLES: Medical/Surgical, ER, ICU, HDU, CCU, Inpatient Oncology), we are unable to consider Paediatrics, PICU, NICU/Neonatal, OBGYNE/Antenatal/Postnatal, L&D, Psychiatry, OPD
• Continuous work experience during the process and up to deployment is required.
• Preference for nurses who have passed NCLEX and IELTS
