Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients across key sectors through phone, email, social media, and other strategic channels.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solution Alignment: Understand client challenges and tailor solutions that deliver tangible business value.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal technical and pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver impactful presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Tender Responses: Collaborate on professional and competitive tender responses.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding.
  • Account Growth: Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand value within accounts.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
  • Strategic Advising: Position company as a trusted technology partner and strategic advisor.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on IT solutions.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • A resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to overcome challenges.
  • A customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in navigating technical conversations and translating business needs into solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and a data-driven approach to pipeline management
