  • Data Capturing of Purchase Orders, No Cold Calling
  • Sending and receiving order confirmations
  • Creating Pro-Forma Invoices
  • Dealing with customer and Sales Reps queries
  • Liaising with production to ensure goods are delivered in time 
  • Follow up customers queries
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Follow up on all outstanding matters
  • Any additional day to day office administration requirements
  • Ensure all filing is up to date 
  • Ad Hoc duties and projects that may be required from time to time

  • Grade 12
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely to instructions
  • Must be responsible and reliable
  • Minimum of two years in the Internal Sales Role.
  • Must be a team player as well as have the ability to work independently
  • Must be willing to work overtime and flexible
