Reports to Service Controller
JOB SUMMARY AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for administratively supporting the department’s Technicians, the Controller and the Quality & Service Manager. This function includes but is not limited to:
1.1 Attend to internal calls and customer walk-ins on a day-to-day basis.
1.2 Attend to and escalate client queries to the relevant personnel.
1.3 Assist the Service & Technical team by attending to administrative tasks relating to current projects in the pipeline.
1.4 Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
1.5 Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet the Employer’s standards.
1.6 Assist with the planning and execution of Service & Technical procurement requirements and deliveries.
1.7 Provide support to the procurement, projects and warehouse departments as and when required.
1.8 Maintain product and technical knowledge.
1.9 Support with updating, controlling and reporting on SCR (Service Call Request) register and administration.
1.10 Responsible for assisting with the Tech schedule and ensuring Technicians are allocated to the correct jobs.
1.11 Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for department staff and teams as required and also verify expenses and costs.
1.12 Attending to any other related tasks on an ad hoc basis.
