We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Support to the Accounts and Sales departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the Managing Director, Financial Manager, and Sales Team, ensuring the smooth functioning of business operations. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Accounts and Sales departments.

Assist the Managing Director and Financial Manager with delegated tasks.

Conduct product and market research as needed.

Liaise with customers and suppliers professionally.

Prepare quotations and issue invoices.

Monitor and follow up on production and delivery schedules.

Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and management reports.

Perform general office administrative duties, including basic bookkeeping.

Coordinate courier services and manage logistics.

Schedule and manage appointments.

Support the internal sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
