Purpose:
The fundamental requirement of the role is to develop a channel business plan in line with sales strategy and implement plans to guarantee that annual sales objectives are achieved. Initiate and implement the annual budget plan in terms of sales turnover, profitability and other KPIs. Develop detailed knowledge of the market and the structure, of set Sales Accounts and keep up to date with its activities, to support business plan execution. Sales volume and value growth is key via existing and new clients
The successful candidate must be able to perform the following key tasks:
- Initiate, implement (Sales Accounts) sales strategies, plans in order to guarantee that annual sales objectives are achieved.
- Develop detailed knowledge of the structure, culture and particularities affecting the management of set Sales Accounts and keep up to date with its activities, so as to support business development.
- Manage contracts/agreement by providing and offering the necessary support and service.
- Investigate, action new opportunities for sales development in the area of current customer operations considering our product ranges and services, in order to expand current business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Initiate and implement the annual budget plan in terms of sales turnover, profitability and other KPIs, so as to contribute the agreed profits to the Sales Office budget.
- Review customer results on a monthly basis, explain the reasons for any deviations and take corrective actions, in order to be aligned with the agreed budget.
- Promote the company values on a day-to-day basis, in order to apply and develop the requested skills and competencies.
- Promote team spirit in day-to-day business so as to maintain high development and productivity.
- Liaise, engage and follow through with actions to successfully conclude the development of new products and services specific to accounts managed.
