3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Reporting to Head of Marketing & HR
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. Direct these visitors/clients to the correct employee/department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Maintain and update visitor logs and employee contact information.
Induction for visitors (short video).
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries outside of stock movement.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and printing.
Customer Entertainment or Staff Function Duties:
Assist in organizing and coordinating company socials and meetings.
Coordinate and assist with client meetings.
Building Admin Duties:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure all common areas are clean and organized, and well stocked.
Oversee cleaning schedules and maintain cleanliness standards.
Marketing Duties:
Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
General Management Assistant Duties:
Provide administrative support to senior management.
Assist with preparing or printing of reports, presentations, and correspondence, and meeting arrangements when needed.
Additional Duties:
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide backup support to Exco staff as needed.
Provide back up to support team if required.
