Job Description
Oversee full farm operations across 3000ha.
Manage machinery allocation, labor, and daily planning.
Lead crop planning and execution for all seasonal activities.
Coordinate soil sampling, field preparation, and planting programs.
Oversee warehouse operations, inputs, and stock control.
Prepare operational reports and maintain basic digital records (Excel/systems).
Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and adherence to farm standards.
Provide leadership to farm teams and guide best agricultural practices.
