Enforce health and safety policies and ensure staff are trained on hygiene and safety practices, especially where consumer goods are handled.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Train and evaluate team members, fostering a performance-driven culture.

Report production data and KPIs to management, including output, labor efficiency, and downtime.
