Experience:
Minimum ten years’ experience in warehousing
Skills:
The ability to speak, read and write basic English, in order to understand documentation and verbal instructions.
A basic numerical ability to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide, to be able to check quantities against documents.
Behavioural attributes:
A team working spirit to effectively communicate with and work closely with others.
An ability to tolerate stress and handle conflict situations so as not to be distracted from the correct disciplines necessary for the correct completion of the task.
A high level of competence: that is speed combined with accuracy to effectively maintain a fast stock movement with negative errors.
Show an initiative and ability to learn and thus be an asset to the team and the company.
