Permanent - Operations Controller - Johannesburg (Incl. Northern Suburbs) - South Africa

Purpose of The Position

• To assist in performing administrative function within the department.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Accept customer sales orders
• Generate container utilisation and make necessary amendments
• Consolidated final market orders on Sage
• Generate PFI's
• Quality check samples upon receipt
• Bin transfers
• Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO and legalisation)
• Track documents until delivered
• Generate export request and facilate container container dispatch and stacking into port

Must QC stock in the warehouse. 

Requirements

• Knowledge & Experience
• Matric or equivalent of Senior certification
• High level of Computer literacy
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding
