Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate when necessary Required Skills and Qualifications High school Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Advanced Excel Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an office or corporate environment, experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role will be an advantage Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems)
