Permanent - Data Entry and Processing Specialist - Johannesburg - South Africa

Purpose Of The Position

• To ensure accurate data processing in ROCS, supporting European branches with quality service while adapting to future automation developments.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Enter and process data accurately in the Transport Management System (ROCS)
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance
• Apply a critical and quality-driven mindset to all data processing tasks
• Support multiple company branches across Europe with reliable and timely data entry services
• Communicate effectively in English to clarify queries and align with internal customers
• Contribute to upcoming developments, including automation, and support the transition between manual and automated processes
• Processing and analysing data related to logistics operations
• Monitoring data accuracy and completeness
• Preparing reports and analytical summaries
• Communicating with various departments to ensure data correctness
• Identifying and correcting data errors

Knowledge & Experience

• Matric or Senior Certificate equivalent
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Preferred working experience with date entry ERP or TMS systems
• Good knowledge and working experience with Excel, including proficiency with formulas and macros

Skills

• English level: at least Upper-Intermediate (both written and spoken) is required for daily communication
