Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve revenue and margin targets within allocated accounts
- Grow and retain active customer accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Promote and sell the full Macs Automotive product range
- Ensure correct product selection and application to meet customer needs
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent, high-quality customer engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term partnerships
- Provide accurate quotations and generate invoices
- Process orders accurately in line with pricing and credit policies
Operational & Administrative Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company standards, pricing structures, and credit policies
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
- Submit required sales reports on time and with accuracy
- Liaise effectively with internal sales, technical, and warehouse teams
- Ensure disciplined reporting and documentation practices
