Sales & Product Support
- Create product and promotional flyers
- Assist with lead generation campaigns
Campaign Execution
- Create and execute external marketing initiatives aimed at retaining existing and attracting new customers
- Draft & edit marketing content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, website, email marketing & promotional material
- Create and manage the marketing calendar & ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain company website
- Manage LinkedIn company page and customer communications
- Update digital content regularly to maintain accuracy & engagement
- Track campaign performance and report results on engagement, reach & ROI
- Meaningful contribution to creating company’s marketing strategy
Events & Customer Engagement
- Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows and customer days
- Arrange branded merchandise
- Liaise with branches to support regional marketing activities
- Support HR with internal marketing initiatives and brand awareness
Coordination & Administration
- Work with designers, agencies, suppliers and printers
- Maintain Mailchimp marketing database (internal & external)
- Ensure marketing material remains current and accurate
- Maintain internal marketing items i.e. organogram, email signatures, stationary, uniform etc
- Monitor public facing\Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
