Sales Support and Opportunity Development:

  • Support senior consultants in identifying and developing sales opportunities for the company’s turnkey power solutions (including UPS, generators, batteries, rectifiers, cooling systems, distribution boards, rPDUs , and rental services).
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with end users, facility managers, and technical personnel to help position the company as a preferred provider.
  • Learn to develop and update sales activities within the CRM system, supporting both new customer acquisition and existing account management.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and customer presentations under supervision.
  • Help coordinate clarification meetings and follow-ups to support the sales process.

Customer Relationship Support:

  • Support the customer experience by ensuring timely communication and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to respond to customer queries outside regular hours when required, using company-provided tools.
  • Log all sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates accurately in the CRM.
  • Assist in gathering basic competitive and market intelligence.

Sales Administration and Reporting:

  • Help prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
  • Support market analysis and customer satisfaction tracking as directed.
  • Track personal activity and progress toward learning and performance goals.

 Product and Technical Learning:

  • Develop foundational knowledge of secure power products and data centre infrastructure through training and collaboration with product managers and technical teams.
  • Learn to apply product knowledge to recommend basic configurations that meet customer needs.
  • Gain familiarity with the company’s capabilities and past projects to effectively support customer conversations.
  • Participate in technical evaluations alongside the support team.

  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Apply learned skills to sales activities and share insights within the team.

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related technical field.
  • Graduates with Electrical Engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in power solutions, data centres, or infrastructure products is essential.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous
