Market Development and Sales Execution:
- Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities for the company’s turnkey power solutions (including UPS, generators, batteries, rectifiers, cooling systems, distribution boards, rPDUs, and rental services) within target market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, facility managers, and technical personnel to position the company as the preferred provider of integrated power and infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposals for turnkey projects, manage clarification meetings, and lead negotiations to improve win rates.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations to customers on the company’s integrated solutions and capabilities.
Customer Relationship and Account Management:
- Develop, execute and regularly update a structured sales strategy within the CRM system, focusing on new customer acquisition while managing existing accounts.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Availability to respond to urgent customer issues outside of regular business hours, including weekends, is occasionally required and expected in a reasonable manner, using company-provided communication tools
- Log all sales activities, customer interactions, and project data in the CRM system and generate reports as required.
- Gather competitive intelligence on rival offerings, pricing, and value propositions to strategically position the company’s solutions.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and order projections, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Support market analysis, surveys, and intelligence gathering to inform business strategy and track customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate initiative and urgency in pursuing sales targets, tracking performance against goals.
Product and Technical Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of secure power products and data centre infrastructure through ongoing review of technical documentation and collaboration with internal and external product managers.
- Gain and apply in-depth understanding of product applications to recommend optimal configurations that meet customer requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s capabilities, project history, and successes to confidently present value at all customer levels.
- Participate in technical evaluations with the support team to ensure solution accuracy.
Professional Development:
- Pursue ongoing personal and professional development through training, applying new knowledge to sales activities, and sharing insights with the sales team.

- Minimum 5+ years of sales or business development experience in power solutions, data centre infrastructure, or related technical fields.
- Possession of Electrical Engineering Degree or Diploma will be an advantage
- Proven track record in selling UPS, generators, batteries, cooling systems, or related power products.
- Experience in preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, and leading contract negotiations.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
