We are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations within the refrigeration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, solid technical knowledge of refrigeration products, and the ability to drive operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires a hands-on leader who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and ensures the branch operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Performance
- Create, improve, and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and analyse product sales performance, identifying and resolving issues contributing to slow-moving stock.
- Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager.
- Drive branch profitability through strong sales management and operational control.
Sales & Customer Management
- Maintain and grow the branch’s customer base.
- Conduct regular customer visits and calls to gather feedback on service levels and strengthen relationships.
- Leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Recruit, select, and onboard branch employees.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve performance targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
