MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (NQF Level 7)
• Proven operational payroll and/or tax experience in multi-jurisdiction or cross-border environments.
• Direct ownership of payroll tax submissions.
• Strong understanding of compliance risk within international payroll structures.
• Advanced Excel capability (including lookup functions, nested IF statements, pivot tables, data reconciliation).
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively under strict global deadlines across time zones.
• Clear and professional written communication skills (client-facing exposure preferred)
