The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and strategically minded — capable of delivering engaging content consistently, managing digital communities effectively, and contributing meaningfully to marketing objecties.

Key Performance Areas

1. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Produce or supply a minimum of five high-quality pieces of content weekly for the restaurant brand.
  • Capture and deliver event content (e.g., Quiz Night, Daytona Breakfast), including weekends and public holidays (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.) when operational.
  • Create and publish static content (e.g., public holiday posts) and develop high-performing carousel strategies.
  • Repurpose and repost previous viral reels every 1–2 weeks as trial content to optimize performance.
  • Produce weekly content for the luxury student accommodation brand, maintaining a consistent and engaging visual voice.
  • Coordinate collaborations and proactively build and nurture a digital community.

2. Community & Campaign Management

  • Oversee online community engagement across both brands, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.
  • Manage and mentor student content creators at the student accommodation, overseeing weekly deliverables.
  • Coordinate user-generated content (UGC), recruit students for ads and video campaigns, and drive participation.
  • Strategically boost organic content during key campaign seasons to increase reach and visibility

3. Marketing Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business goals, brand standards, and campaign direction.
  • Assist with menu updates and recreation to reflect current trends and evolving customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the in-house bakery to identify trending food items and transform them into engaging content pieces.
  • Participate in weekly menu reviews, ensuring both physical and digital menus remain current, accurate, and visually appealing.

4. Paid Media & Promotion

  • Boost a minimum of three reels or carousel posts per week on Meta platforms to ensure optimal reach.
  • Support Quiz Night promotions by managing bookings, capturing event content, and driving post-event engagement.

5. Brand Standards & Internal Management

  • Maintain and safeguard the brand content phone, ensuring all media is securely stored, organized, and accessible.
  • Ensure all published content reflects brand tone, quality standards, and visual identity.
  • Uphold consistency across all digital touchpoints.
