Job Description
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline capable of generating a minimum return of four (4) times cost-to-company.
- Conduct a minimum of four (4) face-to-face sales calls per day.
- Maintain strict adherence to Zoho CRM tracking, ensuring accurate updates and structured reporting.
- Comply with all Turbovent processes, policies, and margin protection guidelines.
- Uphold professional customer service standards, including timely client follow-ups.
- Ensure full compliance with internal systems and procedures.
- Acknowledge that commission payments are subject to company policy, including margin integrity and full client payment.
- Successfully complete a two (2) month probationary period as a condition for permanent employment.
- Sign a formal employment contract incorporating all applicable terms and company policies.
