Job Overview
- Responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our range of hydraulic seal products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hydraulics and related industrial sectors
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product presentations
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in hydraulic sales or the hydraulics industry (essential)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, systems, and applications
- Minimum 3–5 years external sales experience in industrial environment
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Hydraulics / Industrial Engineering (advantageous)
- Established network within industrial, mining, or engineering sectors
