- Representing Greener Solutions, promoting and selling our product range to identified markets through inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, video calls, etc.)
- Generating accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements, product specifications, pricing guidelines, and any applicable discounts or terms.
- Executing the company brand, communication, and sales strategy in all customer interactions.
- Responding promptly to incoming sales enquiries, gathering necessary details, and qualifying potential opportunities.
- Proactively identifying and developing sales leads through research, digital channels, referrals, and existing networks.
- Maintaining and building strong, long-term relationships with our existing customer base to drive repeat business.
- Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and customized solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiating terms, closing sales deals, and efficiently managing the administrative processing of orders.
- Serving as the primary customer and internal liaison throughout the ordering, delivery, and installation process, coordinating closely with relevant departments (e.g., costing, operations, logistics, technical support) to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Monitoring industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Developing and maintaining an up-to-date database of prospective and existing customers, including detailed records of interactions, quotations issued, and opportunities.
- Supporting general sales, customer service, and administrative tasks commensurate with skills and responsibilities.
